Ayam Goreng Ala Thai

My kids had this and they love it very much.. 1 kg chicken fillet just finished in minutes...with the help of big kids of course..just cant stop eating, especially when its hot.. serve with your favourite chili sauce or the Thai chili sauce...

1 kg chicken fillets
1 cup plain flour
1 cup cake flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 garlic minced
1 cm ginger minced
oil for frying

Making sure the texture not so thick or runny, mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Cut chicken fillets to 3 sections and dip each piece to batter and fry till crispy. Ready can be eaten with rice or for snacking.

kak, tak payah marinate..gaul tepungnya..then just dip in the chicken bila nak goreng tuu..
