Sotong Masak Ketumbar

This is also one of my favourite dish which got a bit 'related' to sotong masak hitam. Reason cause we use the squid's ink in cooking the dishes. I preferred this than the other sotong masak hitam cause of the coriander taste in it...I can just eat this without any other lauk..bertambah2 lah nasi..dan bertambahlah buncit perut ku ini...

Ingredients:-

4-5 medium size squids (cleaned drained sliced but dont throw the 'ink'. keep about 3-4 of those for this dish.)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 big onions sliced
2 garlics sliced
2 tbsp chili paste
a bit of minced ginger
1 lemon grass bruised
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt, MSG and sugar to taste

Method:-
Heat oil and add in chili paste. Fry till oil goes up the surface. Add in onions, garlics, ginger and lemon grass and stir well. Add in coriander powder, fennel and cumin and stir . Add in squids and stir till incorporated. Add in salt, MSG and a bit of sugar to taste and stir. Ready.
