Ubi Rebus & Sambal Ikan Bilis

The other day, mum bought this cassava from Geylang market...she said 'dah lama tak makan ubi rebus'..(quite sometimes didn't eat this soft boiled cassava)...normally I would just fried it with turmeric powder and salt..so this was our breakfast this morning..quite heavy lor!!..

Sambal anchovies was for the dipping...but I would preferred sambal belacan cili padii!!..lagi shiok..tau.(terbakar bibir lepas tu..hehe)
