Tumis Sardin Sotong

Salam, as far as you guys know that my family berbuka puasa preferred to makan mee or sewaktu dengan nya dan tak berapa sangat dengan nasi..so jarang sangat fikirkan nak masak lauk apa untuk berbuka....

Normally for me I will think about the lauk way after berbuka then baru masak malam2..hehe..so hari tu dah pukul 11 malam, masih belum ada idea nak masak lauk apa..udang, sotong, ayam semuanya keras kekau dalam freezer..so penghabisannya..masak aje sotong sardin ni..hehe...ish nasib baik laku time sahur ..
Kalau nak tahu sardin sotong yang I gunakan, boleh lihat disini..

Ingredients:-
1 can Seasoned cuttlefish w/ soy sauce(rinsed slightly and slice)
2 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp minced garlics
1 tsp minced ginger
1 big onion sliced
5-6 birds eyes chillies( if want hot put more)
2 tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp black soy sauce
3 lime juice
salt and MSG to taste

Method:-
Heat oil in wok and saute onions and bird eyes chillies till soft. Add in minced ginger, garlics and stir well. Add in chili paste and let it till oil goes up the surface. Add in black pepper powder, sweet soy sauce, black soy sauce and stir. Add sliced cuttlefish and squeeze lime juice, add salt and MSG to taste. Stir till incorporated . Ready to be serve.

Oh, rupanya sotong tin tu boleh buat sambal ya kak? hihihi. Baru tau...
slalu gak beli jenama REX. pastu panaskan gitu jer ngan cili padi. Nanti kalu beli sotong tin ni, ingat nak try wat sambal ;)

indahhouse - walkslm, boleh juga buat sambal nur, lagi sedap kot..lain kali akak pun nak buat sambal lah..hehe
